It is free to every customer, to ask for more informations about the condition
of a specific model, via e-mail. |

The pictures of the models are all original photographs of the items for
sale and are covered by the copyright of modelleisenbahn.li. Only with
the written permission of the shop-owner, they can be used for publication
on other medias, either on electronically or print medias. |

The description of the models compares to the original condition of the
model.
The shop-owner is free, to change the content of the website and the descriptions
in every way.
Theres is no warranty to clear misspellings in the descriptions and prices.

The order is "as seen in the shop". No warranties, whatsoever
will apply. The buyer has the right to return the ordered models, if it
is clear to both parties, that there was a wrong delivery of the models.
The buyer has to inform the shop-owner within 5 days in written form. |

The prices containing no shipping and handling costs,
and are payable in advance to the shop-owner in Swiss-Francs, Euro or US Dollar.
